What a man was Big Tommy. Worked in White's factory in Rutherglen. Always had a smile on his face. Liked a good sing song after a few beers - fancied himself as Dean Martin. But what a goalkeeper and fearless, In the 1940' and 50' gaolies had to loof after themselver. they never moaned if someone tried to shoulder charge them into the back of the net. Tommy could look after himself.

Tommy was a goalkeeper for Morton in the 1950's. He was nearly transferred to Celtic. He was also a terrific outfield player. - In a game against Celtic, Tommy whacked the ball off the face of Jim Sharkey who played centre for Celtic. Knocked him out cold. Tommy and Jim were friends off the field.

Not sure it's the same Tommy, but reflexes like a cat. I'll look out a pic
